In here.. I found peace. I say, post, share everything i want. I can express myself without hesitation. I can do what i want without inhibition. A spaceship hideout for an alien creature like me. An escape from this cruel world called "Earth".

One of my favorite Street food Meriendas

 Kwek kwek, Fishballs, Kikiam

The only variety I like. I'm not fond of other tusok tusok variety like chicken balls, squid balls, crab meat etc. I only go for these three, toasted and with sweet sauce. Most people would dip and use vinegar sauce especially in kwek kwek, but people have different preferences. Street food that cost P20 hehehe and would be great if paired with softdrinks. Such a very unhealthy diet, isn't it? Haha. Well, it's okay since I eat these things only once or twice a month.

I usually cook my own kwek kwek once in a while. I managed to film it and will post it and the video if I have spare time.

How to make Bread Rolls

Charcoaled Pork Liempo

[Yeah, that's my mom and my younger sis talking in the video, you know while I'm busy filming. If you can understand tagalog (Philippines national language), they were talking about our albino campbell dwarf hamster]
So we decided to have grilled Liempo earlier for our lunch. My mom marinated the pork liempo cuts into soysauce with calamansi juice, then I was the one who made the brush-over sauce for grilling.
I don't really measure the ingredients every time I cook or made sauces, in tagalog, tantya-tantya lang. And I think I'm  good at it coz most of the time everything went well and tasted good. *winks*
So, I made the combination of UFC banana catsup, vegetable oil, soysauce marinade, salt, sugar, pepper, minced garlic and a little bit of my *secret ingredient* hahaha! Well, I really don't want to share it. :P
These were all my photos, did not have the time to take some for the sauce and the 'finish product' since I was so busy doing the grilling. Yeah, some muscle work for keeping the charcoals alive with the use of cardboard (hurray! If you know what I mean) and some sauna moments with the mouth-watering bbq scent smoke. I smelled really delicious afterwards. Hehe.

Hardin ng Postema Resort

From My Memory Lane:

It's been exactly three years ng unang beses akong makapunta sa Hardin ng Postema Resort sa may Tanza, Cavite

Simple lang ang resort pero nagagandahan ako. Sa pagkakaalam ko tatlo ang pool sa resort na iyon, hindi ko lang nagawang malibot pa ang buong area kasi overnight swimming kami nung nagpunta kami dyan noon with my co-workers and sa umaga diretso na kami agad ng work, dyan na rin natulog. So yun, these photos were taken as early as six in the morning.

If you guys, wanted to visit the resort, here's a snapshot map:

Mukhang napakalayo from Manila and other city areas pero mabilis naman ang byahe.
